You will inspire integrators and end-users to use Mujin and guide them through the details of our technology. You’ll evaluate customer requirements, develop proposals, manage partners and deliver results. This role reports to the CEO Mujin Europe.   Working independently and being comfortable working with minimal supervision is a must. A person who can jump in and take initiative is what is called for to be successful in this new role. German and English speaking, located in the Germany, Netherlands or Austria is a must. Responsibilities
  • Identify needs, pain points, challenges, and opportunities for our solutions in logistics and factory automation sector to offer Mujin added value 
  • Drive solution sales to end users 
  • Drive product sales to system integrators 
  • Manage system integrators and help them become effective selling   
  • Cooperate with technical team to develop and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals that highlight the value proposition, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products and solutions   
  • Generate new business by supporting our marketing team and owning your prospecting 
  • Advance the funnel by following up on leads, presenting Mujin's offering, and qualifying new potentials 
  • Lead site visits for new project discovery, with the flexibility to handle up to 75% travel throughout DACH, Netherlands and Belgium region 
  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events 
  • Track your opportunity funnel via Salesforce 
  • Requirements
  • BS Technical Degree 
  • 10 years of experience in selling complex and medium scale material handling systems 
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment, robotics, grippers, sensors/vision systems 
  • Pragmatic and capable to balance costs, quality, lead time and technology 
  • Self-motivated with proven ability in problem solving, especially in intense situations 
  • Proactive and hands on work ethic 
  • Professional network in the material handling, automation, robotics industry 
  • A valid Driver’s license and ability to travel 75% 
  • A passion for cutting-edge technology
