Position Summary The Sales Manager Czech Republic is responsible for driving business development and market expansion for photovoltaic (PV) modules in the Czech Republic, with a primary focus on project business across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility-scale segments. The role owns the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation, signature, and payment collection while building long-term customer relationships with EPCs, developers, investors, and key project stakeholders. This position is an individual contributor role with strong commercial ownership, a hands-on execution focus, and close coordination with internal and regional teams.
Reporting Line Reports to the Regional Sales Director
Major Responsibilities
- Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the Czech Republic, with a focus on project business (C&I and utility-scale projects)
- Develop new project customers including EPCs, developers, investors, and utilities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing assigned customers
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection
- Lead customer enquiries through to commercial closure and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders
- Draft and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets, project pipelines, and market strategy
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contractual terms in line with company policies and risk management requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Manage customer portfolios including sales forecast collection, order pipeline tracking, and risk control related to delivery schedules and payment security
- Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information to support strategic planning and market positioning
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, negotiations, and customer activities to the Country Sales Manager
- Support brand promotion through trade fairs, conferences, technical seminars, and customer events
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with headquarters functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives
- Protect corporate interests and strengthen the company’s market reputation in the Czech project market

Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PV module sales or project development within the solar industry
- Experience working with EPCs, developers, or project stakeholders in C&I or utility-scale solar projects is strongly preferred
- Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and project structures is an advantage
- Fluent in Czech and English (professional working proficiency, C1 level)
