As a Sales Manager, you will engage directly with advertisers, media agencies, and performance-driven brands, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of media agency and advertiser clients in the Colombian market

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Develop long-term, senior-level relationships with advertisers and Tier 1 / Tier 2 media agencies

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account development and expansion

  • Be fully accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Lead and follow up on commercial negotiations with key agencies and advertisers

  • Translate product capabilities and strengths into tailored, value-driven proposals for clients

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

  • Ensure a structured and high-quality handover of closed accounts to Account Management

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline through strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer acquisition within digital marketing, specifically in advertising agencies, e-commerce, or direct response settings

  • Upper-Intermediate in English, with strong communication skills for client engagement and negotiations

  • Possessing deep knowledge of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign management, and native advertising solutions

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech

  • Prior agency experience
