The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team in driving growth through effective management of inbound and outbound sales activities. You will ensure the team achieves and surpasses sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee cross-selling and up-selling efforts, manage incoming calls, and address customer inquiries with a focus on maintaining a seamless, customer-centric sales process. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team to excel and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets;
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback mechanisms and regular training sessions, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies;
- Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement;
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel;
- Establish a robust system for tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced reporting tools and CRM systems;
- Regularly dissect KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies;
- Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments;
- Ensure the sales pitches effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform;
- Customise sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments;
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities during customer interactions;
- Provide personalised coaching and training based on KPI data and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to offer targeted coaching sessions;
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to address skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale;
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey;
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of understanding customer needs to tailor sales solutions;
- Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance;
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation;
- Oversee the development and management of the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads for the inside-sales team;
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate the team and maintain high energy and morale;
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and recognition to high performers;
- Gather customer feedback from sales interactions and collaborate with the product team to refine product offerings and services;
- Leverage sales technologies and CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure a structured sales process;
- Ensure the team is fully trained and using CRM tools efficiently to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting;
- Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new telesales representatives to ensure team expansion aligns with company standards;
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards;
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to forecast sales targets, manage the telesales budget, and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role;
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team with a track record of outstanding results;

- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
