ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The candidate at this position will lead an inside sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data and building the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify key players in the industry via extensive market research in accordance to the business strategy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets that includes individual as well as team targets.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting when necessary.
  • Promoting the organisation and developing the team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail.

KEY SKILLS :

  • 5 years inside sales experience into B2C sales.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Min 2 years of team handling experience and demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
