Hello Sunshine is seeking an experienced Sales Lead with deep beauty-industry sales experience to actively drive revenue through content and media partnerships across Hello Sunshine’s portfolio (Hello Sunshine O&O, Reese’s Book Club, Shine Away Experiential Franchise, The Hello Sunshine Collective, The Bright Side Podcast and Sunnie).
This leader will help beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands recognize the opportunity to tap into Hello Sunshine’s unparalleled flywheel across content, social, experiential, audio, influencer/talent, commerce, and premium storytelling - all rooted in an unmatched understanding of the female consumer.
We are specifically looking for a sales executive with significant experience selling into beauty and personal-care categories, an extensive book of business, and deep, high-level relationships with decision makers at both Fortune 500 organizations and fast-growing beauty brands. This role reports to the EVP of Solar, Hello Sunshine’s internal marketing engine and creative studio.

The salary range for this role is $165,000-$210,000 plus commission structure.
Location: New York, NY
In Office Policy: 3-days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
