TLDR
Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets within the automotive industry.
What you'll do:
Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
Work closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
Build strong customer and dealer partners relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
