TLDR

Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets within the automotive industry.

What you'll do:
  • Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
  • Work closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
  • Build strong customer and dealer partners relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity.
  • What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
  • Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
