Boomi is searching for an experienced Sales/GTM Recruiter based in Barcelona, Spain (4 Months Fixed Term Contract)

**This will be a site based role, you will be working from our office in Barcelona 3 days per week, and 2 days can be from home.

You'll be part of a high-performing TA team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, and drives the process with a sense of urgency. They value diversity and provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. 


What You Will Do
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for each candidate, evaluate skill level, and drive the interview and offer process

• Act as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset

• Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse

• Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable experience

• Build and manage the candidate pipeline for assigned roles

• Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives

 

The Experience You Bring
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition Team 

• Recent knowledge and experience of hiring in Barcelona 

• Experience and proven history of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships

• Passion for providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience

• Self-driven and skilled at operating with a sense of urgency

• Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers

• Process orientation, self-organized and detail-oriented

• Track record of sourcing and engaging Sales Talent

 

Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Brighthire

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment

• Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally within a SaaS organization
