We’re looking for a high-urgency, momentum-driven operator to step in as our Driver of Momentum & Activation, someone who thrives on movement, knows how to turn sparks into fire, and refuses to let opportunities stall.
This is not a passive sales manager or CRM administrator role. This is the energy engine behind the sales team. You’ll wake up thinking:
“What moved today? What’s stuck? Who needs to be activated before noon? Who to target next & what strategy to use”
Your Mission
You will partner with the Head of Company to drive strategy, daily sales energy, lead activation, and strategic follow-through, working across sales, marketing, and partnerships to turn motion into money.

Hours, Availability, & Location
This role will be part-time. In general, you should be available during regular business hours in your time zone. You should have a permanent address and be authorized to work in one of the following U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI.
Compensation & Benefits
This role begins at part-time with opportunity to scale
Compensation is competitive and includes performance-based upside.
