About the Role
Within our Commercial Consulting domain, we are looking for senior leader who has relevant experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Sales & Marketing value chain in the pharma & life sciences industry. This key role will act as a Leader of our Delivery Team of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) practice that support pharma clients in their customer engagement transformation including migration of CRM for the field force.
As a Senior Manager SFE, you will take responsibilities for the following areas: Delivery management, business development & sales, people management and community leadership.
Delivery Management:
As the Lead for our SFE practice, you will manage the SFE project portfolio, including:
You will also contribute hands-on to selected projects as engagement or program lead.
Business Development & Sales:
In close partnership with our Sales and offering teams, you will support the entire sales cycle by providing delivery insights and expertise, including:
People Management:
You will serve as a People Manager, responsible for the continuous development and wellbeing of your direct reports, including:
Community Leadership:
As Community Lead for the Sales Force Effectiveness practice, you will shape and grow a strong community of SFE experts capable of delivering across the full BASE Life Science SFE offering. In this role, you will:
Ideally, you will be based at out Denmark, Spain or the UK.
