We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our London Sales Team. This role focuses on managing current clients and developing new relationships within the entertainment sector to grow Powster’s movie platforms. You will collaborate with our Creative team on digital activations for XR/AR/Immersive marketing and report to the Client Services Director, working closely with Sales, Production, and Creative teams in both LA and London. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and account management background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for film and digital innovation. A good understanding of digital marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing relationships with studio, distribution, and streaming partners.
  • Meet revenue targets set by the company.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings.
  • Understand client objectives to act as a partner in driving their business.
  • Present Powster’s value to clients, partners, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for excellent service delivery.
  • Manage revenue tasks accurately, including forecasts and finance queries.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure excellent account management.
  • Ensure accuracy in project set-up, billing, and monitoring.
  • Organize presentations and meetings with clients.
  • Attend industry events and client hospitality as needed.
  • Explore new ways to increase long-term growth across key clients.
  • Contribute insights and ideas to identify new marketing opportunities for client releases.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in media or marketing
  • Outgoing, persuasive, and confident personality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in client management and achieving sales targets
  • Commercially driven with analytical and numerical skills
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Capable of negotiating and upselling to clients
  • Thorough and timely in follow-ups
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset for client idea generation
  • Knowledgeable about the cinema and movie industry
  • Familiarity with AR/XR technologies is a plus
