Sales Executive

TLDR

Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities, engaging with customers, and presenting SaaS solutions to drive sales performance in the Middle East.

What you will do

  • Monitor the market and identify new opportunities to acquire potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Communicate and engage with the customers to arrange meetings, agreement signature, etc.
  • Maintain close contact with our customers via phone and email (both warm and cold calling) to convince them of our products and successfully build customer relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification provided by Sales Manager, Events, Partners & Dealers
  • Present the SaaS solutions of our products Infrasys, Daylight PMS, and are responsible for successful sales performance within the specified territory.
  • Schedule qualified appointments to present the product in more detail and track the entire project until successful completion.
  • Create proposals, maintain customer data, and monitor order processing.
  • Use our CRM tool to track and evaluate leads within the pipeline and independently handle administrative tasks in your daily work.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other teams. Together, to implement the regional sales strategy          

 

What are we looking for

  • Should have 2-3 years of experience in handling similar job
  • Hospitality Business background
  • Meetings, Events and groups operational experience is an add-on
  • Experience in POS/PMS or SaaS sales is an advantage.
  • A hunter mentality, a passion for sales, and no fear of a "no" over the phone.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
  • Ownership with quality, Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Fluent in English, and Arabic, other languages are add-on
  • Customer focus, flexibility, a strong work ethic, and resilience.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Experience in Reporting & Analytics
