We’re hiring a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing financial technology company transforming how insurance products are distributed.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential partners through research, outreach, and networking
- Support partners as they launch and promote their insurance programs to their audiences
- Work closely with the sales team to hit quarterly goals and contribute to the sales strategy
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to help identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and track sales performance metrics
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in sales, fintech, insurance, or other client-facing business roles
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- High energy, resilience, and a positive, coachable attitude
Benefits
- Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 with performance based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTE.
