    • Track market trends and competitor offerings to help identify new opportunities
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and track sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in sales, fintech, insurance, or other client-facing business roles
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive, coachable attitude

Benefits

  • Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 with performance based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTE.
