Role Summary
We are looking for empathetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound leads for Everhope’s Oncology Nutrition Program. The role involves counseling cancer patients and caregivers over calls/WhatsApp, explaining the importance of oncology nutrition, and converting leads into OPD consultations with Dr. Manjari Chandra, Senior Oncology Nutrition Expert at Everhope.
This is a consultative sales role, where trust, empathy, and correct information are key to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Conversion
- Handle inbound enquiries from website, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, and referrals related to oncology nutrition.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to pending and cold leads to re-engage interest.
- Understand patient details such as:
- Cancer type & stage
- Current treatment (chemo / radiation / surgery / immunotherapy)
- Nutrition-related issues (weight loss, appetite, weakness, side effects)
- Clearly explain the benefits of oncology nutrition and how it supports cancer treatment outcomes.

Convert qualified leads into OPD appointments with Dr. Manjari Chandra (in-person / virtual).
Patient Counselling & Education
- Counsel patients and caregivers on:
- Why nutrition is critical during cancer treatment
- How personalized nutrition helps manage side effects and improves recovery
- Position Everhope’s Oncology Nutrition Program as:
- Expert-led
- Evidence-based
- Personalized for each cancer journey
- Address patient concerns, hesitations, and objections with empathy and confidence.
CRM & Follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Update call notes, patient status, and follow-up timelines.
- Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined follow-up.
- Track lead stages: New, Follow-up, Interested, Booked, Not Interested.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Nutrition team
- Front desk / OPD team
- Marketing team (feedback on lead quality)
- Ensure smooth appointment booking and patient handover.
Performance & Targets
- Achieve daily and monthly:
- Call targets
- OPD booking targets
- Conversion ratios
- Maintain high quality conversations with a patient-first approach.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong tele-counselling and consultative sales skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to explain medical/nutrition concepts in simple language
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage
- Ability to handle sensitive cancer-related conversations professionally
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any discipline
(Preferred: Nutrition, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Paramedical background)
- Experience:
- 0–4 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / Patient Counselling
- Healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, nutrition, or hospital sales experience preferred
