Pix4D is seeking a Sales Executive to be based in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland, fully remote). You will focus on developing new business and closing sales for our suite of products with a primary focus on the acquisition and development of the Enterprise accounts.

You will work in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and senior technical staff to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted sectors in the assigned territory. You must understand how to sell into large and complex organizations such as utility companies, public works departments, and construction firms amongst others. You will work with a large number of our existing strategic accounts as well as with outbound sales staff to target new companies and generate net new sales. You will also work with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to architect digital marketing campaigns, organize webinars, and other initiatives to generate demand across the territory.

You would be a perfect fit for the job if you have a positive track record of developing new business for novel technologies, ample experience with building and managing your own sales pipeline, and nurturing and closing high-value deals with 6+ month sales cycles in large organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue target accounts in industries including but not limited to construction firms, engineering firms, utilities, municipalities and police departments.
  • Grow and expand Pix4D’s technology within large enterprise and government accounts.
  • Bring deals from the prospect stage to close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients/customers to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software; contribute to the forecasting activities.
  • Work with sales development and marketing teams to amplify your go-to-market strategy for the Catch RTK solution.
  • Execute on key performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and net promoter score.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.

Requirements

    • Self-motivated by building new business, acquiring and developing customers with a demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets and driving growth.
    • Strong track record of navigating complex client organizational structures.
    • Experience with closing deals with medium to long sales cycles (3-6 months).
    • Experience with penetrating large enterprises and/or government agencies.
    • Strong negotiation skills are essential for success in persuading potential clients/customers to engage with the business.
    • Strong networking skills to identify new opportunities and expand their professional network.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing data, and evaluating the performance of business development initiatives.
    • Experience with traditional outreach methods such as cold calling, email sequencing etc.
    • Knowledge and experience in the following fields is desired but not mandatory: surveying & engineering, GIS, horizontal construction, and subsurface utility engineering.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
    • Readiness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally across Europe up to 30%.
    • Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
