Independently develop and identify new effective clients.
Understand the industry conditions, market change trends, major client resources and their distribution, and formulate and complete target sales plans.
Possess good sales skills to be able to meet the required number of telesales and client visits on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and achieve the corresponding KPI assessments.
Establish an exhibitor database, properly maintain client data, and effectively manage the statistical work.
Based on the annual sales plan and promotion plan, complete the project sales targets, and follow up on the contract and payment recovery.
Actively maintain good client relationships, actively follow up with clients from various channels, improve client satisfaction, and establish stable and long - term cooperative relationships with the senior management of exhibitors.
Strictly follow the group's relevant contract and financial procedures and regulations.
Associate degree or above, with two or more years of exhibition sales work experience.
Have the ability of telesales, cold calling, and major client public relations.
Be capable of independently developing and expanding new clients and establishing a client database.
Have strong expression and communication abilities, with standard Mandarin.
Possess good team spirit, be rigorous in work, hard - working, responsible, and willing to take on challenges.
