Role Overview

The Sales Executive – Growth & Events is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts through both event-based and self-generated sales activity.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, represent ClinicMind at national events, and proactively build your own pipeline between shows.

This position is for a closer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves consultative selling, and is comfortable being measured by results, not effort.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development

    1. Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in behavioral health, chiropractic, and multi-specialty verticals.

    2. Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → ROI presentation → proposal → close.

    3. Use ClinicMind’s ROI Calculator and DPA framework to quantify value and build business cases.

    4. Maintain a healthy 3x quota pipeline in CRM, reporting weekly progress to the CRO.

  2. Event Sales & Representation

    1. Represent ClinicMind at trade shows, partner events, and conferences.

    2. Pre-book at least 10 qualified meetings per event and generate a minimum of 30 new SQLs.

    3. Close deals directly at events when possible and follow up on all contacts within 48 hours.

    4. Collaborate with Marketing to measure event ROI and improve future event strategies.

  3. Self-Sourced Pipeline

    1. Generate new opportunities between events through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.

    2. Maintain a consistent self-generated pipeline covering 3x monthly quota.

    3. Use LinkedIn, referrals, associations, and regional partnerships to identify new targets.

  4. Account Expansion

    1. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

    2. Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities post-implementation.

  5. Performance & Reporting

    1. Meet or exceed assigned new ARR and upgrade quotas.

    2. Maintain CRM hygiene (≥90% data completeness).

    3. Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and event ROI.

Qualifications

  1. 3–6 years B2B SaaS or healthcare tech sales experience.

  2. Proven quota attainment and strong closing track record.

  3. Consultative selling skills; comfortable using ROI tools and financial modeling.

  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management.

  5. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  6. Comfortable with 30–40% travel.

  1. Monthly new ARR closed

  2. Event pipeline generated & SQL-to-close ratio

  3. ROI Calculator usage rate

  4. Demo-to-close conversion %

  5. CRM data accuracy (≥90%)

  6. Post-event follow-up within 48h

 

Must Have:

  1. Must have stable internet connection minimum of 25 MBPS

  2. Must have a mobile data plan as a backup

  3. Must be comfortable working the US business hours  (EST)

  4. Must own a PC or laptop with at least 16 GB of memory
