About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our travel sales team. In this role, you will manage relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities in the group and series tour market. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling client needs through consultative selling, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a drive to grow in a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client visits and calls to identify needs and offer tailored travel solutions

  • Promote new destinations, tour packages, and last-minute deals

  • Negotiate, prepare proposals, and close sales

  • Handle client issues and complaints by working closely with internal departments

  • Manage agent accounts, including setting up incentive agreements and mark-up plans

  • Ensure compliance with company terms and payment policies

  • Achieve monthly sales revenue and gross profit (GOP) targets

  • Provide market insights and sales strategy ideas during internal meetings

Salary
