About The Role: 

We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Sales Executive to join our Spryng (LinkedIn) brand in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll be key in spotting new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with clients, and helping us grow our revenue in Germany and the DACH region. We’re looking for someone who thinks creatively and has 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and business development, along with great communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Research target industries to find potential clients and stay updated on new business trends.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new leads through cold calling, emailing, and professional networking (LinkedIn).
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for prospects, learning their needs and introducing them to our solutions.
  • Pipeline Coordination: Support the sales process from the first point of contact through to the initial meeting, ensuring a helpful and organised experience for the prospect.
  • Sales Support & Presentations: Support preparing tailored pitch decks and proposals that explain the value of our services.
  • Contributing to Success: Hitting monthly activity goals and lead generation targets to help drive company growth
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Customer Success teams to share feedback from the field and ensure a great experience for new leads.
  • CRM Tracking: Keep our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) up-to-date by logging all outreach, calls, and meeting notes accurately.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.


What You’ll Bring: 

  • Experience in new business development or a similar outbound role.
  • Desirable but not essential experience within the CPaaS, SaaS or Solutions Software sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding deadlines & projects.
  • An understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary of €2,800 - €3,333 per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance.
