About this Role
Drive sales proactively by generating new opportunities.
Follow up on B2C leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Identify customer preferences and upsell tailored holiday and sports packages to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and closures through the system.
Participate & leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to confidently pitch and cross-sell relevant offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer experience.
