As our Night-Shift Sales Enrollment Manager, you will play a vital role in serving our key markets across the Western Hemisphere and Australasia. You aren’t just filling spaces on a program; you are the guide helping volunteers and interns say "yes" to transformative experiences. Every enrollment you secure supports real-world impact across 13 countries, advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and shaping a more sustainable, equitable planet.


🎯WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Guiding prospective participants through their decision to join a GVI program during dedicated night-shift hours (7pm – 3am).
  • Converting high-intent inbound leads from the Americas and APAC regions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Hosting one-on-one consultations and virtual sessions to spark excitement and close deals.
  • Managing your sales pipeline with precision using Salesforce CRM.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on GVI’s conservation, community, and education programs.
  • Nurturing alumni relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborating with global teams to maximise conversion opportunities and refine sales strategy.


🚀 WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in tourism, education, or impact sectors is a plus).
  • The ability to thrive in a permanent night-shift schedule (7pm – 3am) to support our global markets.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with the confidence to communicate persuasively across various digital platforms.
  • A "natural hunter" mindset—you are motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a major advantage).
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in international education, travel, or social impact sectors.
  • Exposure to global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
  • A background in consultative or solution-based sales.
