  • Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team, ensuring best-in-class technical support across the pre-sales lifecycle
  • Own the strategy for technical demos, POCs, and solution design to improve win rates and sales efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on revenue and customer outcomes
  • Mentor and develop SEs through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Establish feedback loops from customers to influence product roadmap and technical documentation
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, tailored demonstrations and POCs
  • Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in technical pre-sales, with B+ year in a people management role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing SE teams
  • Strong expertise in data & analytics solutions, ELT/ETL platforms, and the modern data ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and stakeholder-led buying
  • Strong communication skills with a mindset for continuous learning
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events
