We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will strengthen our Sales team.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.
  • Sales Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and enhance overall service offerings.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements for applicants:
  • Graduate engineering degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods: CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printing.
  • Good knowledge of French and English. Italian is a big plus.
  • IT enthusiast, ready to master and use modern technologies and software.
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere.
