Fire Protection Specialist Sales Professional – Taiwan
Position summary: Responsible for the maintenance / growth of established market share and prospecting / development of new business for the respective product solutions in Taiwan
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Prospect and visit Owners, Engineering Consultants and Contractors in order to promote Products/Systems for commercial and industrial application projects in the territory

Pursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of Products/Systems by Owners, Engineering Consultants and Contractors

Ensure the promotion of Products in the territory by means of seminars, training, technical literature and technical support.

Manage local distributors and ensure proper information flow is available and maintained
- Visit job sites and follow up the installation process by contractors, train contractor's personnel in usage and installation

Provide weekly reports on activities and marketing information in the territory

Perform other duties assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-10 yrs successful professional sales experience and perfectible in fire industry
- English communication skills and professional appearance, proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with construction industry or piping business a plus or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills
- Self motivated, independent, aggressive and results oriented
- Must be willing to reside in the respective territory, possess own vehicle, travel to remote project locations

A University graduate, in an engineering related field a plus or a demonstrated sound technical knowledge through experience
