What will you do?

Using your expertise and skills, you translate customer needs into a functional, technical, and service high‑level design. You also support the team during the pre‑sales phase. Based on your knowledge, market experience, and social skills, you build a professional relationship of trust with the customer.

You are involved from the beginning to the end of the sales process:

  • With your excellent communication and organizational skills, you provide calm and confidence to Yorktel‑Kinly’s customers.

  • Together with the Account Manager, you determine the best strategic approach for the customer.

  • You are responsible for documenting all relevant high‑level information.

  • You maintain contact with project stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements and expectations.

  • Based on your knowledge, customer and market experience, and feedback, you advise our Producthouse (Solution Architects) on improvements to product choices, solutions, and services.

Together with your colleagues from the TC&D Team, you play a key role in the success of proposals and new projects. You will work with a wide variety of AV/UC products and solutions for both new and existing customers. These include universities, government organizations such as the House of Representatives, and large (international) companies across the Netherlands.

What do you bring?

We also ask for:

  • HBO‑level education or equivalent

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (or similar) in the AV/UC sector

  • Strong general IT, UC, and AV knowledge

  • Knowledge of IT and AV/UC products and services

  • Experience responding to tenders (RFIs and RFPs) and writing documentation

  • Good command of Dutch and English

  • Driver’s license (B)
