💡 We are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer with a strong customer- and value-driven mindset to join our team in Berlin, or Vienna. This role focuses on supporting during our sales process with large and mid-size medical device manufacturers. As a key partner to Sales, Product, and prospective customers, you will plan and execute software testings, clearly articulate the business value of our solution, and develop customer-specific business cases to support internal purchasing decisions. Fluency in German and English is essential (additional languages are a plus), along with a willingness to travel up to twice a month.

Your contributions to our journey:

  • Support the sales process as a trusted technical and business advisor with large and mid-size medical device manufacturers.

  • Plan and execute software testings to drive high satisfaction and progression to contract negotiations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the business value of Flinn’s features to diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Develop customer-specific business cases to support internal purchasing and approval processes.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Willingness to travel up to twice a month for customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in customer facing roles, consulting or similar

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric, value-driven mindset with the ability to link features to business outcomes.

  • Interest and passion for the MedTech industry, with motivation to learn regulatory and compliance topics.

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to twice a month.
