This role Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for leadership. 
  • Oversee promoter onboarding, updates, compliance, and engagement tracking.
  • Maintain PayJoy Connect accuracy, training modules, and compliance standards.
  • Design and update training materials aligned with policies and product changes.
  • Evaluate training outcomes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Manage clerk registration, training, and portal engagement for merchant partners.
  • Streamline clerk onboarding workflows and ensure data integrity across regions.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment by adjusting quickly to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Requirements
  • Expertise in training design, delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in system administration (Google Sites, PayJoy Connect platforms).
  • Advanced use of Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries and reporting integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional processes and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
