Sales Enablement Manager

AI overview

Take ownership of the sales enablement function by architecting new strategies, structures, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and drive organizational success.

PhotoShelter is a leader in visual media technology that helps photographers and creative teams work effortlessly and engage audiences instantly – all while maintaining the integrity of their content. 700,000 marketers, creatives and photographers trust PhotoShelter to manage over 6.7 Billion assets for nearly 2000 global brands, including universities, professional sports teams, corporate and consumer brands, and leading nonprofits. We were built by and for creative people, and we’re committed to celebrating and supporting creative work.

This is the first hire of its kind at PhotoShelter. We are looking for a foundational leader—not just an administrator—to architect our enablement function from scratch. This isn't about executing a pre-existing plan; it’s about partnering with the VP of Sales to build the strategy, structure, and culture of excellence that will define our sales organization for years to come.

We're seeking a highly driven, results-oriented, and structured Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. This isn't just about running training; it's about taking ownership of our entire sales effectiveness program. You will be responsible for arming our Sales, Account Management and BDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and processes to win. Your primary metrics for success will be improving our win rate (especially our outbound win rate), shortening new hire ramp time, and ensuring 100% adoption of our sales methodology.

This role reports to the Global VP of Sales and can be Fully Remote or Hybrid from our NYC office.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Our Training Platform: Take full ownership of our new training platform (P-Club), developing content, learning paths, and certification for GTM roles (Sales, Account Management and BDRs). Optimize our GTM training infrastructure (currently P-Club) to align with our 2026 growth targets.
  • Build the Sales Playbook: Document and maintain our 6-stage sales process, discovery scripts, document system processes, and outbound prospecting sequences.
  • Manage Onboarding: Run the 90-day onboarding and ramp plan for all new AEs, Account Managers and BDRs.
  • Lead Coaching: Run weekly call-coaching sessions (using call recording software) and provide real-time, actionable feedback to reps.
  • Sales Hygiene & Ops: Collaboration with Sales Ops to operationalize "sales hygiene" and improve forecasting confidence without adding friction.
  • Own AI/Tech Training: Own use of Celine (our internal AI GTM assistant) and Sales tools (ie Gong) to ensure proper use across the teams.
  • Analyze Performance: Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps by analyzing key metrics (e.g., win rate by source, stage-to-stage conversion, ACV).

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • An accomplished 5+ year track record in a Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or high-performing AE/Sales Management role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Tech Stack: Specific preference for experience with Salesforce, Outreach & Gong.
  • A "master" at navigating and teaching systematic sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, or others) to drive predictable results.
  • Exceptional diligence in process, documentation, and project management. You understand that a well-managed process is key to consistent success.
  • Experience managing an LMS or sales training platform (like P-Club) is a major plus.
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude; you are a "coach" at heart and are passionate about helping others succeed.
  • Change Management: You have a track record of not just creating processes, but successfully driving the cultural and behavioral shifts required for sales teams to adopt them
