Role Summary

The Enablement Lead is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing the Fenergo enablement program, that accelerates the productivity and effectiveness of Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and partner ecosystems.

This role creates and owns a comprehensive, lifecycle-centric enablement program mapped to the Bow Tie Model: acquisition, sales execution, implementation, onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.

You will partner deeply across Sales, Regulatory, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure our teams deliver consistent, high-quality, compliant, value-driven customer outcomes aligned to Fenergo’s mission.

What does this role entail?

  • Develop persona-driven messaging, value frameworks, and commercial playbooks tailored to RegTech/CLM buyers (Compliance, Ops, Risk, Transformation, Technology
  • Build certifications for Sales and Pre-Sales (product, demo excellence, value articulation)
  • Develop and implement a digital sales enablement strategy, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and assess digital tools, platforms, and applications that can enhance the sales team's productivity, effectiveness, and customer engagement, and oversee their implementation and integration.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on using digital tools and assets effectively in combination with our established selling methodology, ensuring the teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to leverage technology for sales success
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Regularly analyze sales performance data and make data-backed recommendations to improve sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales enablement and digital initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital sales enablement, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Desired Experience

  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or similar roles in SaaS/Enterprise B2B.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, RegTech, AML/KYC/CLM processes (or ability to rapidly learn).
  • Experience enabling global enterprise sales teams selling into complex multistakeholder environments.
  • Deep experience building frameworks for onboarding, value selling, lifecycle enablement, and recurring revenue motions.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales enablement, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory or technical content into simple field ready messaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
  • effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital initiatives effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
