We are looking for a highly motivated and smart Sales Director. As SD you will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing the SaaS sales strategy & team of the company.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
Be responsible for the company's sales and revenue forecasting.
Design and manage the SaaS business development strategy.
Manage the Sales Team (Key Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives) developing, motivating and retaining them.
Implement a business development plan collaborating with other company departments.
Generate leads directly and through partners.
Close deals with potential customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain a channel of partners.
Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Identify new business and revenue opportunities in different verticals.
Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.
Schedule and execute partner reviews
Professional skills
Strong knowledge about SaaS business.
Ability and aptitude to demonstrate the solution in detail on a daily basis.
Ability to build strong personal relationships with customers and partners.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone in english and spanish. Other languages are valorated.
Experience managing Hubspot (Sales Hub) is desirable.
Leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
Sound business acumen and ability to understand customer’s organizational challenges.
Project management background and expertise.
Have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans.
Hands-on, self-directed individual who plans, prepares and executes professionally.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years experience in sales, 3 in SaaS companies.
Previous experience in sales to multilateral organizations are desirable.
Minimum of 2 years experience Managing Sales team of +5 people.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related field required is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
