Role: Sales Director (Mid Market)
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a hands-on Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the mid market segment. This is a hunter role focused on winning new logos, closing large deals, and building long term C-level relationships.
Responsibilities:
Build and close a strong pipeline of new mid-market clients
Engage CXOs with a consultative, solution-selling approach
Lead large, complex deal cycles, from qualification to contract closure
Work with internal solution, delivery, and partner teams
Drive sales growth in Singapore, with expansion into Southeast Asia
Requirements
10+ years of IT services sales experience in Singapore
Strong background in IT systems integration, managed services, or software & services
Proven hunter with experience opening new strategic accounts
Established C-level relationships in the mid-market segment
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong in experience working with major System Integrators.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
