As a Sales Director, you will lead relationships with top management in agencies or clients, follow up on the negotiations, and help Sales Managers with guidance and new connections.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop a portfolio of clients in Media Agencies

  • Establishing and developing business relationships with potential clients and Media Agencies

  • Developing growth opportunities based on stable and lasting relationships with clients in your market

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-level clients and advertisers

  • Be responsible for the sales target

  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of the sales team

  • Provide detailed quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales forecasts

  • Motivate sales teams to achieve their targets

  • Creating sales reports of the operations for presentation

  • Follow up on negotiations with T1 and T2 agencies in the region.

  • Lead a team of sales professionals

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrable experience in Digital Advertising

  • Active portfolio of key clients, contacts in Media Agencies and Advertisers

  • Full understanding of the digital market, video advertising and programmatic

  • Strong prospecting, sales, follow-up, negotiation, closing and reporting skills

  • Experience in similar roles

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and active listening

  • Fluent English

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech

  • Prior agency experience

Work mode: Hybrid (including work from office in Mexico City)
