Sales Director - Construction Monitoring Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Oversight: Monitor and enhance sales outcomes, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop the sales team, with opportunities to expand the group as goals are met.
  • Sales Execution: Direct the team to surpass targets and deliver on critical business priorities.
  • Business Networking: Leverage industry connections to uncover new opportunities and recruit top talent.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success working alongside departments like marketing and operations.
  • Revenue Growth Expertise: A solid history of boosting income and expanding sales teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, sales forecasting, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Leadership Experience: 5-7 years in commercial management roles, emphasizing sales and team leadership.

  • Bonus Potential: Annual performance bonus of up to €15,000.
