As part of our continued growth and expansion in Asia Pacific we have an immediate opening for a Sales Director, ASEAN region based in Singapore.  

Continuing our growth in region with established direct and channel sales in blue chip accounts we are now looking to expand our coverage in with the appointment of a Sales Director based in Singapore covering ASEAN. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of account and client acquisition in the region. You’ll need to be a self-starter, driven by results, with maturity and experience that allows you to operate as a brand leader with presence.  Experience and knowledge of local markets, channel relationships, and track record of developing services business in region is advantageous.  

Requirements:

  • Proven hunting and net new sales skills in Software or Services industry
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • Experience with and demonstration of a Solution Selling sales methodology
  • Preferred: experience selling SAP, Oracle or VMware maintenance services, ERP Outsourced Services
  • Ability to instil confidence in clients and be persuasive
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and service subject matter expert
  • Must be self-motivated, a strong team player, and strive to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience in interpreting, adjusting and negotiating commercial terms and conditions and SOWs

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the continued expansion of our business in ASEAN
  • Support our Channel partners in execution of their pursuits
  • Leverage our Marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition
  • Lead and execute targeted program of net new client acquisition in your own territory
  • Through excellence in C-level communications, presentations and sales activity.
  • Whilst leading your pursuit team of subject matter experts through a complex sales process
  • Own and manage the opportunity pipeline to support sales quota performance expectations
