Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As part of the APAC Fireblocks sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You’ll be targeting a mixture of Financial Institutions, licensed market participants in VA and technology partners across Hong Kong and greater China, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets within your region.
  • Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, and other financial institutions and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting, identify key use cases, business sponsors, and navigation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks’ CRM.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enterprise sales experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional software.
  • Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking procurement processes, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, and blockchain technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strategic, long-term client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
