Role Summary:
The client is a well-established business with over 20 years of experience in aerospace staffing and technical recruiting. Due to challenges in hiring and retaining reliable U.S.-based SDR talent, they are exploring an offshore SDR model to generate warm leads, support an in-house salesperson, and stabilize and scale revenue in a cost-effective way. The SDR will focus on outbound lead generation, qualification, and CRM management to help revive stalled growth and support future market expansion.
Primary Goal:
To generate warm, qualified leads for the internal sales team and support renewed growth through consistent, high-quality outbound SDR activity.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Perform daily outbound SDR activities, including:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn outreach
2.) Qualify prospects and pass warm leads directly to the assigned in-house salesperson
3.) Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in outbound outreach.
Required Tools & Systems
• Proven Experience with Manitol CRM
• Dialer system (client-provided or Wing-provided)
• Optional: Wing App for communication and reporting
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
