Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach efforts. Experienced in leveraging cutting-edge sales technologies to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Key Skills:
  • Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Skilled in high-volume cold calling with a consultative sales approach. Comfortable handling objections and driving meaningful conversations
  • Sales Engagement & Automation: Proficient in tools like Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo.io for automated sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Experienced in using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to find and verify prospects' contact details
  • CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Location: Poland
  • Languages: Fluent or native French  and a strong command of English are mandatory
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales preferred
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years in a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative role (outbound sales) within a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
