We’re looking for an SDR based in Poland who will work remotely while being open to visiting our Poznań office occasionally for key meetings and strategy discussions. Responsibilities:
  • Outbound:
  • Drive interest in Viseven solutions through LinkedIn, email, calls, video, and social selling.
  • Research markets, companies, and buyer personas to identify opportunities.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships via value-based engagement.
  • Act as a consultant: uncover needs, highlight pains, and align with solutions.
  • Run discovery meetings and qualify prospects before hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Plan and manage outbound campaigns with SDR tools (Reply.io, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
  • Keep CRM data accurate; track lead status and progression.
  • Qualify/disqualify leads and schedule quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Leverage LinkedIn profile/network to grow credibility and pipeline.
  • Report weekly/monthly results, KPIs, and insights.

  • Inbound:
  • Handle inbound requests promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to MQLs within 2 hours and develop new opportunities.
  • Nurture prospects via discovery, needs analysis, and multi-channel engagement.
  • Run follow-up sequences with SDR tools (Reply.io, HubSpot, CRM workflows).
  • Manage customer calls and ensure correct routing to Account Executives or relevant teams.
  • Requirements:
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+
  • 1,5+ years in SaaS/IT sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tools (Reply.io, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP)
  • Strong research & prospecting skills (decision-makers, buying intent)
  • Fast learner with ability to absorb product/industry knowledge
  • Structured multitasker with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and rapport-building skills
  • Preferred / Advantage:
  • Experience with CRM (Creatio, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation & campaign tools
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Background in SaaS/enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience in pharma or life sciences industries
  • Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
