As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about our mission and able to channel that energy into generating excitement amongst your prospective provider leads. Your primary focus will be recruiting independently licensed, master’s-level therapists, ensuring they meet stringent clinical, educational, and licensure requirements. Meeting and exceeding performance expectations motivates you, given you are directly contributing to reshaping behavioral health by recruiting high-quality, qualified providers to join us.
Manage a steady pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to attract and engage licensed therapy providers.
Lead outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
Maintain consistent outreach activity across phone, email, and social channels, with accountability to daily and weekly metrics.
Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure, education, and clinical experience requirements.
Collect, verify, and document provider credentials (including NPI and CAQH) to support credentialing and onboarding.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including next steps and follow-ups to maintain pipeline momentum.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective providers, delivering a thoughtful and professional recruitment experience.
Partner closely with the credentialing team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to active provider status.
Contribute to team growth by participating in interviews, sharing best practices, and supporting the onboarding of new SDRs.
Own individual performance goals by tracking results, seeking feedback, and continuously improving outreach strategies..
The anticipated base salary for this role is $53,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $62,000 to $75,000. This role may be eligible for equity.
