Our client is a SaaAS (Software-as-a-Service) company that provides a software platform designed to help businesses improve visibility, alignment, and execution.
They are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts by connecting with prospective customers and introducing them to the platform.
This is not a "task-following" role; we are looking for a proactive professional who operates with a Founder’s Mindset.
What We’re Looking For
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR), you will play a key role in the early stages of the sales process by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers to build a healthy sales pipeline. This role focuses on cold outreach and scheduling qualified demos for the sales team, helping build a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Execution (80% Focus)
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold email, cold calls, and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Prospect Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the client's SaaS solution.
- Demo Scheduling: Qualify, schedule, and coordinate product demonstrations for interested prospects for the sales team, ensuring a seamless and professional hand-off.
- CRM Management: Accurately log outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Build a solid understanding of the client platform and clearly communicate its value to prospects.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel.
- Metrics Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly targets related to outreach activity, demo bookings, and qualified leads.
2. Systems & Process Optimization (20% Focus)
- Workflow Documentation: Identify successful outreach patterns and document them into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure your success is repeatable and scalable.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify friction points in the sales funnel and propose documented solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Strategic Feedback: Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on real-time market feedback and prospect objections.
Requirements
- Preferred experience: Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools.
- Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused sales role (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage sales conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time-management skills.
- Passion for delivering a professional and positive prospect experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
