Join Pitchbox as Our Inbound Appointment Setter
Pitchbox makes AI-powered software that helps marketing, digital PR, and sales teams scale their prospecting and outreach. We've been growing for over a decade, serve customers across 57 countries, and still operate with a small, driven team where your work has direct impact on company growth. If you thrive in environments where things move quickly and every conversation counts, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for a full-time Inbound Appointment Setter to join our team at our Warminster, Pennsylvania office. Whether you're a recent grad looking to break into tech, making a career switch from hospitality, recruiting, or customer service, or already in sales and ready for a role with real growth potential, this role was built for you.
You'll be the first voice prospects hear after they raise their hand, responding to demo requests, qualifying leads from our marketing campaigns, and booking meetings with our sales team. This is where you'll master the fundamentals: understanding our product, learning to qualify leads, and developing the communication skills that make top salespeople.
This is a position with a clear career path. Successful Appointment Setters get promoted to Sales Development Representative (SDR), and from there to Account Executive. If you're ready to grow, we'll give you the opportunities to prove yourself.
Tell us why you want to build a career in tech sales and what makes you the right person for this role. We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
