Sales Development Representative (SDR- Night Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Perform 1500-2000 outreach activities per month (LinkedIn messages, emails) to prospective clients within designated industries, territory.
  • Will be responsible for doing more than 100-150 outbound cold calls to clients.
  • Achieve a 10%-15% response rate from initial outreach efforts.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, aiming for a 20%-30% engagement
  • rate, and a 40%-50% connection acceptance rate on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach by sending 200 connection requests per week, totaling 800
  • per month per profile.
  • Send 50 InMails and an additional 40-45 free InMails monthly to engage with prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) criteria to determine
  • their readiness for further engagement.
  • Pass 15-20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Executives each month.
  • Maintain a 90%-100% conversion rate from SQL to meetings/demos.
  • Ensure 70%-85% of leads passed meet the criteria of an SQL, ensuring high-quality prospects are handed off.
  • Follow-up with leads within 3-5 business days to maintain engagement, achieving an 80%-90% follow-up rate.
  • Track and report outreach activities and their outcomes (e.g., connection accepted,
  • email opened, call made, meeting booked).
  • Ensure timely responses to leads with an average time-to-meeting of 2-3 business days.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on leads.
  • Update CRM (HubSpot) consistently with accurate, up-to-date information on outreach
  • efforts, lead status, and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM updates and reporting of activities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales cold calling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot), email outreach tools, and phone systems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple outreach activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex solutions and value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of compliance-related industries and SaaS products is a plus, but not required.
