What you’ll do:
- Inbound Lead Handling: Work with Sales Ops leads coming from our internal tool to identify existing clients with new hiring potential.
- Upsell Discovery: Spot and surface upsell opportunities across our active customer base, in close collaboration with the CS team.
- Outreach Process Building: Help design and test messaging sequences tailored to CS-related outreach, reactivation and account expansion.
- Personalized Engagement: Personalize messaging and outreach based on client behavior, past hires, and relationship stage.
- Meeting Booking: Book qualified upsell and follow-up calls for Customer Success Managers.
- CRM Hygiene: Keep HubSpot and Apollo data clean and accurate to support forecasting and workflow automation.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or sales/customer-facing experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplaces)
- Experience with upsells, client reactivation, or warm pipeline nurturing is a big plus
- Strong written and spoken English — you’ll need to be clear, concise, and customer-savvy
- High level of personalization and emotional intelligence — this is not spray-and-pray outreach
- Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and internal CRMs
- Curious, process-minded, and open to building from scratch
- Ability to work across time zones — most of our clients are in the US
