About the role

Are you relentless on the phone, sharp in your outreach and motivated by turning conversations into opportunities? We’re looking for a driven Business Developer to build and fuel our pipeline in the German market.

Your mission is clear: create opportunities and fill calendars with qualified meetings.

You’ll be at the front line of our growth engine — identifying the right prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and turning cold leads into warm conversations. Every call you make, every message you send, and every follow-up you push moves the needle.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Execute high-volume daily outbound activity: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

  • Research and identify target accounts and contacts based on defined ICPs.

  • Personalize outreach to grab attention and generate interest.

Follow-Up & Meeting Booking

  • Relentlessly follow up with prospects across multiple channels until you get a clear answer.

  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately.

  • Book discovery calls and demos for senior sales team members.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and prospect status in HubSpot.

Pipeline Support

  • Chase and confirm scheduled meetings to minimize no-shows.

  • Re-engage cold or stalled leads with fresh angles.

  • Provide prospect insights and feedback to help refine targeting and messaging.

Learning & Development

  • Develop product knowledge to hold credible initial conversations.

  • Learn and apply best practices in outbound sales techniques.

  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach sequences and scripts based on what you're hearing in the market.

About you

Your mission: build a strong, qualified pipeline across DACH by getting in front of the right accounts and decision-makers.

This is not a passive role. It’s structured, outbound-heavy and performance-driven. You’ll combine smart research with sharp execution, running multi-channel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn to consistently generate high-quality meetings for our Sales team.

But you’re not just booking meetings. You’re gathering market intelligence. Every objection, competitor mention, trigger event or pattern you uncover feeds back into our strategy, helping us refine our targeting and messaging over time. You’re a critical voice at the front lines.

  • Language: Native-level German and professional English.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar high-volume prospecting role. You understand cadence, qualification and what makes an opportunity real.

  • Mindset: Resilient and energetic. You don't take rejection personally and understand that every "no" gets you closer to a "yes."

  • Communication: Clear, confident, and engaging — on the phone and in writing. You can spark curiosity and open a conversation in 30 seconds.

  • Organization: Structured and meticulous with follow-ups. Nothing slips. Every touchpoint is tracked. Every re-engagement is intentional.

  • Technical Curiosity: Comfortable learning about software products and translating value into simple, compelling language. You don’t need to code — but you’re not intimidated by tech.

  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Apollo, LinkedIn, and email sequencing tools is a plus.

  • Drive: Motivated by targets and energized by the rhythm of outbound. You enjoy the activity, the structure and the momentum of pipeline building.
