📌 The Role – SDR Benelux and Nordics
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports the Benelux and Nordic regions by converting inbound leads to qualified sales meetings and opportunities which result in business growth. The SDR responsibilities include uncovering, sourcing, educating, nurturing and developing sales leads into qualified meetings, that result in increased customer base. The SDR will work closely with and between the Marketing and Sales functions throughout the EMEA.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Ability to understand customer requirements and identify business challenges that Genetec can solve.

· Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated with a strong work ethic
🛠 Technical Expertise
· Dutch to a full professional level
· Experience in sales or lead generation role
· Inbound prospecting experience required
· Outbound prospecting experience considered an asset
· Proven track record of success and thriving in a metrics-driven environment
· English to a full professional level
