Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aryza, your mandate is to build and qualify a strong pipeline of sales opportunities for all Aryza Products. You will act as the first point of contact for prospects, engaging regulated financial institutions, fintech’s, lenders, and enterprises that need to navigate compliance challenges. By clearly communicating Aryza’s value in streamlining compliance processes and reducing regulatory risk, you will ensure our sales team is equipped with high-quality opportunities that drive growth.
Your contribution
1. Pipeline Generation & Qualification.
- Identify and engage prospects across banking, lending, fintech, insurance, and other regulated industries.
- Map target accounts, decision-makers, and influencers within compliance, risk, and operations teams.
- Qualify inbound leads against Aryza’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) on all of Aryza Suites.
2. Outbound Prospecting
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to generate interest and secure discovery meetings.
- Position Aryza’s solutions as enablers of compliance efficiency, improved customer experience, and reduced risk exposure.
3. Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with Account Executives to hand over, qualified opportunities with clear prospect intelligence, pain points, and engagement history.
- Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging, providing feedback on lead quality and market responses.
4. Reporting & Performance
- Track and report daily activity, pipeline progress, and opportunity creation in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
What makes you stand out
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in SaaS, RegTech, or financial services.
- Strong communication and consultative prospecting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
