Develop the SDR function from the ground up, designing the qualifications process and improving alignment between marketing and sales to enhance efficiency and results.

AngelList has offices in a few cities, New York City and San Francisco. We have a hybrid in-office model: teammates come in at least 2 days per week (Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday). Exceptions may be made for exceptional individual contributor candidates in other locations.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary, performance-based variable, benefits, and equity package. Compensation will be tailored to reflect a candidate’s professional experience and location, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
