Responsibilities include:
· Proactively generate new business through targeted outbound prospecting and lead development.
· Follow up on direct shipments to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
· Manage inbound enquiries relating to orders, pricing, availability, and order status.
· Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Rockland’s antibody and immunochemistry portfolio.
· Deliver responsive, solution-focused customer support, recommending appropriate products to meet technical requirements.
· Accurately record, manage, and update all customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity within the CRM system
· Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Rockland’s product range, applications, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Support marketing initiatives by distributing relevant collateral to customers and channel partners.
· Represent Rockland at industry trade shows and scientific conferences to generate leads and support brand visibility.
· Maintain and manage customer contact data to support Sales Account Manager prospecting and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a science related environment preferred
· Availability to travel 20% of time
· Must have ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications
· Results-oriented, self-paced, and self-driven
· Consistent record of achieving and exceeding goals
· Excellent verbal/written communications skills
· Outstanding problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education experience
