The SDR Team is an exciting new group at the forefront of Quantcast’s next major growth phase. Not only will you be critical in spearheading the company’s growth, but you will get to see how major departments are built and contribute to best practices.  As an SDR you will work closely with the Account Executives responsible for bringing in new customers to our corporate sales team. This is a collaborative effort integrating the work of marketing, sales and sales development in an effort to rapidly increase the volume and improve the quality of new business for Quantcast’s market leading Ad Tech solutions. What you'll do:
  • Outbound: Prospecting of both cold & warm leads, to educate, qualify, and develop contacts, driving sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Develop new strategies for opening opportunities with identified key prospects & their organisations; Cold Calling, Emailing, Social Selling and beyond.
  • Identify best practices in the space & implement test and learn techniques for optimisation of process and results.
  • Inbound qualification of opportunities & leads for distribution. 
  • Work with marketing counterparts to improve our processes and provide feedback.
  • Research prospects, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  • Who you are:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development environment is preferred.
  • A results oriented, self starter - possessing a positive mindset and outlook.
  • Hunger to learn & develop both personally & professionally.
  • Energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong written skills.
  • A team player with proven ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Gsuite, Slack, LinkedIn etc).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Business Intelligence tools (ZoomInfo or Similar) Industry specific tools: (Outreach.io, HubSpot, Sales Navigator), Digital marketing tools - Social platforms, Programmatic Platforms, etc all a strong plus.
