The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PubNub, you will drive top-of-funnel growth by prospecting, sourcing, nurturing, and qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities. You will identify high-quality accounts, engage prospects through multi-channel outreach, and convert interest into real pipeline for the sales team.
This role is ideal for ambitious, self-driven professionals with experience in B2B SaaS or technical sales, particularly within India’s fast-growing technology landscape.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine messaging, improve campaigns, and enhance lead generation strategies.

Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets through proactive outreach and disciplined follow-up.
What we are looking for
Sales Experience
Technical Curiosity
Familiarity with technologies such as Pub/Sub, MQTT, Socket.io, Firebase, or similar real-time systems.
Sales Skills
Tools Expertise
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, or equivalent tools.
Personal Attributes
Travel
Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, customer meetings, or internal team events.
